Terms & Conditions

  • Booking is only considered received when you hear from us.
  • By submitting the Booking Form does NOT guarantee your booking. 
  • If you are still unsure of your timing or requested services for your event, or if you are not ready to proceed with making payment upon submission, please do not make a booking.
  • Your booking is only considered Confirmed upon making a 100% full payment.
  • For changes (e.g. date, time, activity, venue) after confirmation, a 50% of the total intended amount will be charged. 
    For any changes made within 7 days of the event date, a 100% of the total intended amount will be charged.
  • For any full cancellation > 30 days of the event date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, you may postpone your event date up to 6 months from the date you have booked initially.
  • Additional Charges applies for off-island (e.g. Sentosa, Jurong Island), Country Clubs, Chalets, Changi, Tuas, on occasions like New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, service timing starts at/ before 7:30am or ends at/ after 10pm.
  • Extension on the spot is subject to artists’ availability. Extension is by every block of 30 min.
  • We would highly recommend you to book sufficient duration for fringe activities to cater to all the children/ guest.
  • As much as we treat every kid like our own, our staff and talents are not liable for any injury or harm caused by the activities.
  • Please treat our staff and talents with respect. We reserve the rights to stop the activities immediately if any of them are physically or verbally abused by either the children or adults.
  • It is the responsibility of the parents/ caregivers to take care of their children.
  • By booking Passion Soul Pte. Ltd., all photos and videos taken at the event is allowed to be used in media and marketing collaterals. If you prefer yourself or your children not to be photographed/videoed, please speck to us directly, and we will definitely adhere to it.
